The group is equipped with many a world-leading-class cookware and automotive component production lines and quality control facilities imported from Germany and Japan. These lines and facilities include automatic coating lines, hard anodized lines, soft anodized lines, 2500T/1600T impact bonding machines, 900T die-casting machines, spectrum analyzer, etc.. With a total 40,000,000pcs cookware and 2,000,000 units of automotive components production capacity annually, and 20,000,000 units additional capacity under development, the Group is one of the biggest cookware manufacturers in the world with the biggest non-stick cookware manufacturing capacity. 1. Domestic and OEM manufacturing base
Zhejiang Taizhou Aishida Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd is located in Wenling Economic Development Zone. It is the operation and control centre of the group, covering a total area of 230,000 square meters, of which 200,000 square meters is the construction area. This base produces hard anodized, cast aluminium, non-stick, stainless steel and carbon steel cookwares. The annual production capacity is 30,000,000 units, and additional 10,000,000 units capacity under development, and it is the core production base for the export sales for the group.

Hubei Aishida Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd is located in Anlu city, Hubei province. It covers an area of 200,000 square meters, of which 15,000 square meters is the construction area. This base produces non-stick and stainless steel cookwares. The annual production capacity is 10,000,000 units and additional 10,000,000 units capacity under development, and it is the core production base for the domestic sales for the group.

2. Accessory manufacturing base
Shanghai Aishida Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd is located in Qingpu industrial park, Shanghai. It covers an area of 14,000 square meters, with a construction area of 5,000 square meters. It is one of the cookware accessory manufacturing bases, producing mainly glass lid and related products. It has annual production capacity of 10,000,000 units.

Aishida cookware accessory company is located in Wenling city. It covers an area of 67,000 square meters. This plant mainly produces the carbon steel woks, stainless steel handles, cast stainless steel handles, silicon handles, bakelite handles and hardware accessories. It is the cookware accessory manufacturing base for the Group.

3. Raw material supplying base
Hubei Aishida aluminium plant is located in Anlu city, Hubei province. It covers an area of 34,000 square meters. It can produce 10,000 tons of aluminium disks each year, and it is the raw material supplying base for the group.

4. Automotive component manufacturing base
Shanghai Aishida automotive component Co., Ltd is located in Qingpu industrial park, Shanghai. It covers an area of 134,000 square meters. Its major products are cylinder head, cylinder block, and bed plate. It has a manufacturing capacity of 2,000,000 units.

So far, ASD group has established a complete cookware manufacturing chain, from raw material supply, spare part production, to final product assembling. Basically, ASD is autarkic within its own subsidiaries and companies. This had led to the most effective cost reduction, product quality and on-time delivery.

Strong R&D: the Group’s in-house professional tech team is made up of 500 technicians, some of them from abroad. They are mainly dedicated to product R&D and tooling. At the same time, ASD has established long-term co-operation relationship with many famous universities and institutions. Each year, more than 1000 new items will be developed. Meanwhile, ASD also works very closely on technical issues with many world-class enterprises from America, Europe and Japan. The group sets up a marketing and R&D center in Shanghai, thus it can take advantage of the human resources, information and geographic advantage of Shanghai to attract cookware experts to ASD. These experts keep close track on the development of the cookware industry to make sure that ASD products always lead the trend. Currently ASD group owns more than 70 live patents, and it is one of the drafters of China national quality standards for non-stick cookware and pressure cooker.
